Eligibility
- 2021 Hawaii Department of Education public high school graduates and juniors becoming a senior in Fall 2021.
- Access to a computer and internet to receive and submit work assignments and email.
- Available for a phone or face-to-face virtual interview.
Internship Period
- June 1- July 16, 2021
- 20 hours per week / six weeks
Paid Internship
- $10.15 per hour - upcoming seniors
- $10.85 per hour - high school graduates
Application
- Go to the 2021 Student Summer Internship Opportunities website and review the work experiences offered by each state office or complex area.
- Complete and email your application and CTE questionnaire to the point-of-contact for the office or complex area by April 22. You may apply for more than one position.
- Upon review of applications and questionnaires, applicants will be contacted by the state office or complex area to schedule an interview.
