Founded in 2014 by father and son duo Tom and Timothy Solie, Timmy T's Gourmet Grinders is a family-owned sandwich shop dedicated to providing the people of Hawaii with the freshest and most delicious sandwiches on the islands. With over 35 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry for Tom and 15 years for Timothy, the Solie family possesses the knowledge and passion needed to make their gourmet grinders stand out from the competition.

Since its inception, Timmy T's has prided itself on its unwavering commitment to quality ingredients and unparalleled customer service. In 2020, the company took a significant step forward in expanding its reach by becoming a franchise. The first franchise location opened in 2022 at Moanalua Shopping Center, marking the beginning of an ambitious plan to bring the taste of Timmy T's to every corner of Hawaii.
