By working with partners in government, business and community organizations, we deliver a spectrum of services with urgency, embrace innovation, and advocate for system changes through community education and outreach.

IHS' employment program, Taking Root, is looking for an individual with a cooperative and positive attitude, who is interested in digital marketing, has basic design skills, and has experience using social media platforms. 

The ideal candidate must have:

• Basic understanding of all social media platforms
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  Experience working with teams
  Strong attention to detail
  The ability to be flexible and go where the team needs them to be for content. 
   

Our intern will be working with our Employment Program Manager to develop and grow the presence of Taking Root. You will help with planning and creating visual content as directed. This is a part time position and we can try to work around your schedule if you are still a student or if you are currently working at another job.
