PSAP
The Communications Division is the largest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in the state and serves as the primary PSAP for all 9-1-1 calls on Oahu.
The Communications Division is staffed by Emergency Response Operators and Police Communications Officers.
JTMC
In the first quarter of 2020, the division moved into the Joint Traffic Management Center (JTMC) along with the City and State Department of Transportations, Honolulu Fire Department and Honolulu Emergency Services Division.
